INTRODUCTION TO OHAAP

The Ontario Hospital Alliance of Assessment Providers (OHAAP) is a strategic network of 9 wholly owned public hospitals who share a common interest in the provision of independent medical assessments.

OHAAP members realized that as an alliance we could not only provide quality assessments on a province wide basis but also ensure the continuation of a revenue stream back into the public health system.

Our Mission:

OHAAP assists insurers in the determination of claimants’ entitlement to benefits under the SABS. We do this by providing excellence, expertise and neutrality in professional independent evaluations.
